A Gordon Ramsey protege, Angela Hartnett, is the new chef, and has a modified French cooking style with many other influences. 16) Caramel Room of the Berkeley Hotel for afternoon tea. Bathia (couldn't read it all) Roka Yau??cha El Vino's in Fleet Street is a good traditional wine bar much beloved of barristers and journalists and may be just what you are looking for on that front.
