Almost OT: Suggestions on a winey weekend trip from London

OK, I DID read "countryside," and I am sure that others will have tons of great little inns and winepubs, but, when in London, here is my list from others here, there, and elsewhere - very winecentric:

15) A very trendy fine restaurant is at the Connaught Hotel. A Gordon Ramsey protege, Angela Hartnett, is the new chef, and has a modified French cooking style with many other influences.

16) Caramel Room of the Berkeley Hotel for afternoon tea. They have some very creative pastry as well as the usual tea foods.

17) La Poule au Pot on Orange Square in Pimlico
