I have an Italian Wine Need help

Many years ago, the director of an Italian company gave me a bottle of wine as a gift. This wine has it's own solid wooden box and is still sealed.

I'm not really a wine drinker, but this has been in my possession for many years, saving for that special occbuttion. l;) Someone at the time told me to lie it on its side, and so I did.

I don't intend to drink it, so I'm thinking of selling it. As I also don't know anything about wines, if I supply all the detail-labels etc can someone tell me if this is worth much?

Here are the details.........

The box:-

Wooden. 19"x5.5"x6". With a rope handle.
