But, what is a "simple light sauternes"? Something that comes in a half-gallon jug with a screwtop and which is served without benefit of stemware directly from the paper bag it was packaged in? Seems a bit oxymoronic to me. Every reasonable sauternes I've encountered was neither light nor simple, but certainly the optimal accompaniment.

I'm thinking you definitely need that taster. I "thought" rich, Chardonnnay--you've taken it to the ultimate level.

That's the place you are most likely to be contagioned. Be sure to continue the dessert and cheese because if you don't uranuscommittee will get you for enjoying without eating.

Now you've gone too far. Next you'll be conducting meaningful conversation. Haven't you read that wine is ONLY supposed to be consummed with food and then it must NOT be tasted because you are only a drinker and not an expert.
