Wine storage suggestion needed While I have a custom-built cellar, several friends have Eurocave and Vinotheque units. Both are attractive furniture-level units, and none has had any problem, whatsoever. You also seem to have gotten a good rec from "Administrator" and there may be additional info available there, plus other recommendations. One caveat that I would offer is to UP-size your storage unit. As soon as you have it, you WILL collect more bottles, than you do now. I'm not sure who has a postulate, or razor, or whatever, for it, but your purchases will fill whatever volume you have available in far less time, than you can possibly imagine. When I did a 3700 btl cellar, I thought I had my wine storage needs filled for the next century. Right now, I have boxes stacked on the floor and cannot even reach my Zins, unless I move some of the boxes. In the last two months, I've turned down some great prices on Kistler, and Turley, just because I'm FULL! Buy much larger than you think you need. Also, think about units that look good next to each other. One hundred and twenty btls today, but 360 the day after you get your first storage unit. Hunt
